Field Worker

The Field Worker performs a variety of hands-on agricultural duties supporting the cultivation, care, and maintenance of the Tribe’s crops and farming operations. This position has a primary specialty in pruning and plant maintenance, including seasonal and corrective pruning of trees, vines, and other agricultural plants to promote healthy growth, plant structure, and crop production. The Field Worker also assists with irrigation, planting, harvesting, fertilizing, weed control, equipment care, and general grove and farm maintenance while following established safety, sanitation, organic, and conventional agricultural practices. Exercises no supervision.
