Enriching Culture

Our cultural enhancement programs celebrate and preserve the rich heritage of the Pauma Tribe. Through traditional events, storytelling, and artistic initiatives, we ensure that our cultural roots thrive and are passed down to future generations.

Empowering Education

Education is a cornerstone of progress. Our educational programs provide access to quality learning opportunities, scholarships, and mentorship, empowering tribal members and neighboring communities to achieve their academic goals.

Health and Wellness

We prioritize the well-being of our community. Our health and wellness programs offer essential services, preventive care, and resources for physical and mental health. Together, we build a stronger, healthier future for all.

Strengthening Our Community

Sustainable Development in Action

The Pauma band of Luiseño Indians is committed to sustaining the health and welfare of our people through cultural enhancement and enrichment programs. A self-reliant tribe must be dependent on a culturally, socially, physically and economically strong community. As we look ahead, we work with our neighbors toward common goals.

In addition to our casino, we have a thriving agricultural program. Tribal lands of the Pauma Band consist of four parcels equaling approximately 5,800 acres. We began with five acres of Hass avocados and now have 60 acres of avocados, Valencia oranges, and lemons.

In addition, Tribal programs in health, housing, education, the fire department, and other areas provide for additional employment opportunities for some tribal members.

Tribal members can register and log in to the Tribal Members Only section for a current list of available jobs with the Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians.

The Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians opened Casino Pauma in May 2001, providing employment to tribal members and the surrounding communities. Casino Pauma currently employs approximately 400 people. Casino revenues enhance the tribal government’s ability to meet the essential needs of our membership.
